I made a video about Bilberry Tea. Basically, it’s super-duper mega-uber healthy. But it’s bitter, and poisonous in large amounts. Don’t drink more than 2 cups a day. Yay!
If you have diabetes and want to drink this for its effect on your blood sugar, you won’t be able to add agave or honey to balance out the bitterness.
I’ve gotten used to the bitter taste and don’t mind it as much any more. But it took some time 😛
